Notes for ? Morgan:
The twin girls in this family are enumerated with their uncle John Samuel Hamilton in the 1910 Clarke Co., AL census. The marriage seems to have taken place after 1900 given the birth year of the twins. If this is true then the it appears the only possiblity for the twins mother is Carrie Sue as she is still living in her mother’s household in 1900 and Lucy Janet isn’t; however, it is still possible that Lucy Janet Hamilton is the one to marry this Morgan and have the twins. Another reason I think it’s Carrie Sue is I can’t find a ?Morgan who married a Lucy J. in the 1900 Clarke Co., AL census or the surrounding counties though it could be the name is just seriously mis-enumerated or misread in the index online. I went as far as to check other possible husbands for Lucy Janet Hamilton in 1900 and the only possibility I could find in Choctaw Corners is a Lucy Buckelew who is enumerated with husband Lee Buckelew in 1900 Clarke Co., AL. This isn’t a perfect fit for Lucy Janet Hamilton, but it is a possibility.
